Train with me at the local park or in-home. My car is a gym on wheels! If you are more comfortable training in a gym, I have a gym downtown on State Street.
My style of training is all-encompassing. First we move well, then we get fit, then we get strong. My first focus is making sure people move correctly and safely. Only then do we focus on building strength, improving cardiorespiratory fitness, building muscle, and/or burning fat.

Personal Training too expensive and you're okay sharing your time with other clients? Or maybe you have friends in mind also looking for personal training...
Semi-private training still uses personalized, individual programs for each person, but the hour (and therefore attention) is shared with 2-3 other people (max).
Each client still gets a personalized program and individual attention, but I can coach and monitor more than one person at a time, increasing efficiency... and affordability!
REZ FIT CLUB
STARTING AT ONLY $50/MONTH!
Gauging interest for a training "club." This would include group training sessions, run meet-ups, personal training discounts, lunch/dinner/coffee meet-ups, and a community! Locations in mind for group training sessions are East Beach, La Mesa Park, Shoreline Park, and more!
