Train with me at one of my gym locations in Santa Monica/ Brentwood or Beverly Hills/WeHo! House calls outdoors also available; I have weights in my car.
My style of training is heavily influenced by strength and conditioning principles. My first focus is making sure people move correctly and safely. Only then do we focus on building strength, improving cardiorespiratory fitness, building muscle, and burning fat. Nutrition consultation is an add-on as well.

Personal Training too expensive and you're okay sharing your time with other clients? Or maybe you have friends in mind also looking for personal training...
Semi-private training still uses personalized, individual programs for each person, but the hour (and therefore attention) is shared with 2-3 other people (max).
Each client still gets a personalized program and individual attention, but I can coach and monitor more than one person at a time, increasing efficiency... and affordability!
REZ FIT CLUB

Gauging interest for my own group training sessions that would be held outdoors at a number of different locations such as the Santa Monica stairs, the beach, local parks, hikes, city runs, and more!
