My style of training is heavily influenced by strength and conditioning principles. My first focus is making sure people move correctly and safely. Only then do we focus on building strength, improving cardiorespiratory fitness, building muscle, and burning fat. Nutrition consultation is an add-on as well.

As a trainer, my main job is to get you the results that you want. In order for that to happen, you have to follow a plan that will involve 4-6 days of exercise per week, consistently. For most people, it isn't affordable to work with a trainer that often. So we need to have a plan to keep you accountable on the days we don't train together. That's why I started my hybrid training model of in-person and remote training using my mobile app. There are no excuses NOT to get results now!
