NUTRITION IS A MEANS OF NOURISHING AND REJUVENATING NOT ONLY OUR PHYSICAL BODY, BUT OUR MIND AS WELL. NUTRITION IS SO INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT TO HOW WE FEEL AND HOW WE PERFORM, BOTH MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY. FROM YOUR GUT, TO YOUR MIND, TO YOUR ENERGY LEVELS, TO YOUR EMOTIONS.
